Its characteristic is that the outer raceway is spherical, with automatic aligning, which can compensate for the error caused by different heart and shaft deflection, but the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings should not exceed 3 degrees.
Aligning ball bearings are bearings equipped with aligning balls between the inner rings of two raceways and the outer rings with spherical raceways. The center of curvature of the outer raceway surface is consistent with the bearing center, so it has the same aligning function as the aligning ball bearing. When the shaft and housing are flexed, they can be automatically adjusted without increasing the bearing burden. Self-aligning roller bearings can withstand radial loads and axial loads in both directions. Large radial load capacity, suitable for heavy loads and impact loads. The inner diameter of the inner ring is a bearing with a cone hole, which can be installed directly. Or it is installed on the cylindrical shaft with a tight sleeve and a disassembly sleeve. The cage adopts steel sheet stamping cage, polyamide forming cage and copper alloy turning cage.
Automatic centering can compensate for errors caused by different heart and shaft flexure, but the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings should not exceed 3 degrees.
It can withstand large radial loads and also can withstand certain axial loads. The outer ring raceway of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has aligning performance. When the shaft is bent or tilted by force, the relative inclination of the inner ring center line and the outer ring center line does not exceed 1° to 2.5°, the bearing can still work. .
